STUDENT INTERNSHIP IN THE UK

Students looking for work experience placements for 12 months
can join us on an Internship basis.

We will provide

• Accommodation
• The opportunity to work in four of the following departments
  At Dinnerstone, Uppermill
  - Kitchen
  - Restaurant
  and  at The White Hart at Lydgate
  - Banqueting
  - Brasserie
  - Restaurant
  - Reception
  - Kitchen
  - Housekeeping
  - Public Bar
• Each Department placement will last twelve weeks
• You will be entitled to four weeks paid holiday

We have a maximum eight placements each year.
There is only one Internship placement in any department at any one time.

In turn what we expect from you

• To be smart
• Have a keen interest in a career in Hospitality
• Have good communication skills
• Be fluent in spoken English
• Have a student work permit (for non EU residents)
• And care about what you do.
